The Villa
Villa Petrea went to the historic villa by the lords of Florence for their hunts. Entirely stone, in typical Leopoldina style, with two towers, is located on a small hill from where it dominates, with its elegance, the surrounding landscape. In fact, from the villa you can enjoy the Tuscan countryside, the small town of Bucine and, in the distance, the hills of Chianti. In the garden that surrounds the villa, a natural lawn, stately cypress stand and olive trees. The villa is situated in a central position between Siena (44 km), Florence (60 km) and Arezzo (28 km). The village of Bucine is only 500 meters from the house and can be reached on foot.
Outdoor Area
Around the property they are passable by bicycle, dirt roads that penetrate into the surrounding woods. The property, completely fenced, has a big garden, with secure parking for your car, inside the electronic gate of the villa. In the garden there is a pool 7×14 meters, depth 1.50, illuminated, an outdoor shower, barbecue, large gazebo, covered and playground and events area for the weddings and cerimonies, near the pool, spa with a Jacuzzi, 6 places, hammam and relax area with amazing view on the valley.

Ground floor: vast porch leads to the main hall with living and dining area From here on the right side there is a sitting area with access to the garden pool side, on the left side leads to the kitchen with access to the garden. Also from the portico you can get right to a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and left into a hallway from which you pass in a double bedroom and a private bathroom suitable for the disabled. First floor: large porch which leads into a sitting room lined with 5 bedrooms a central bed with loft with 2 sofa beds and bathroom with shower, 2 double with private bathroom with shower and 2 triple rooms each with private bathroom with shower.
Tower: from the loggia is accessed by a spiral staircase to the turret room, separate bathroom Shower.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
All bedrooms have bathroom en suite, independent AirConditioning with control and lcd tv.
Some bedrooms can accomodate an extra beds. With an additional charge the villa can accomodate up to 22 people. (on request)
The private bathrooms have a hairdryer, bathtube/shower, bathroom line, carpet for the shower, toilet paper and free toiletries.
KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM
The Kitchen is completely renewed and fully equipped with all necessary to cook and and provided with everything you need to set the table for your meals

The dinning room, the traditional reigns: expect terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings throughout, with some impressive antique furnishings and a large stone fireplace. It is the heart of the house. The dining room can host 20 people sit, with fireplace, big tables, chairs and small wine cellar with selection of Tuscan wines.
From the large dining room it is possible to access to the Living room with 48” TV led, sofas and armchairs.
