The Villa

Villa Petrea went to the historic villa by the lords of Florence for their hunts. Entirely stone, in typical Leopoldina style, with two towers, is located on a small hill from where it dominates, with its elegance, the surrounding landscape. In fact, from the villa you can enjoy the Tuscan countryside, the small town of Bucine and, in the distance, the hills of Chianti. In the garden that surrounds the villa, a natural lawn, stately cypress stand and olive trees. The villa is situated in a central position between Siena (44 km), Florence (60 km) and Arezzo (28 km). The village of Bucine is only 500 meters from the house and can be reached on foot.

Area Relax

Villa Petrea offers its guests the exclusive use of the new relaxation area. You can take advantage of a Spa equipped with Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, where you can relax, with your friends and your family, enjoying a panoramic view of the Chianti hills.

Pool

Private pool measuring 14 x 7 meters with a beach area featuring a water depth of 20 cm. Fully fenced, equipped with all necessary systems, an outdoor solar shower with foot wash, umbrellas, and sun loungers.
There is a shaded pergola furnished with outdoor sofas, a gazebo with ping pong and foosball tables.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

All bedrooms have bathroom en suite, independent AirConditioning with control and lcd tv.

Some bedrooms can accomodate an extra beds.

The private bathrooms have a hairdryer, bathtube/shower, bathroom line, carpet for the shower, toilet paper and free toiletries.
In some rooms, an extra bed can be added upon request for an additional charge.

Two cribs for children are available at no extra cost.

Kitchen and Living Room

The Kitchen is completely renewed and fully equipped with all necessary to cook and and provided with everything you need to set the table for your meals.

The dinning room, the traditional reigns: expect terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings throughout, with some impressive antique furnishings and a large stone fireplace. It is the heart of the house. The dining room can host 20 people sit, with fireplace, big tables, chairs and small wine cellar with selection of Tuscan wines.

From the large dining room it is possible to access to the Living room with 48” TV led, sofas and armchairs.
