Assistence
Guests will be welcomed at the check in by the owner who speaks Italian and English.
Staff will be present only for maintenance of the outdoor areas, garden, and pool, and cleaning.
There is a 24-hour emergency and support number.

Pet friendly villa
Maximum of 1 pet allowed.
Must be aware of your pet (size, weight etc) in advance of your arrival so that appropriate arrangements can be made.A €70 per week non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged upon arrival. Additional charges for damage may be assessed. Pets are not permitted on any furniture, nor in the pool. Guests are responsible for pet waste clean inside the villa and throughout the property grounds.

Parents must supervise their children at all times when using the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, or hammam
Events permitted only upon approval by the property.
The house must be returned in the same condition as at check-in. Otherwise, charges may be applied to the guest.

A deposit of €1,200.00 is required.
The deposit must be paid via cash or pre-authorization on your credit card (amount not charged)

• Air-conditioning/heating is charged by consumption.
• The damage deposit is 1200 euro (cash on check-in). The damage deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.
