Upon request, in case of adverse weather conditions, it is possible to move the event to the fixed tent structure of approximately 110 sqm, which can accommodate about 80 people. An additional fee will apply.
Inside the villa, there are 5-6 parking spaces available for guests staying on-site. For event day parking, a space just outside the gate is available for guests.
Civil ceremonies (symbolic) can be held on the property, as the venue is a municipal house.
The villa has a catering service partnered with dedicated prices and services, with dedicated facilities for catering. External catering is allowed with an extra charge.
There are no restrictions on hiring vendors. The villa only recommends trusted suppliers with whom we have long-standing collaborations, including the planning service. Please always communicate the chosen vendors.

Use of items that could cause a fire, such as Chinese lanterns, fireworks, fire pits, etc., is not permitted without prior authorization. During certain times of the year, there are municipal ordinances prohibiting their use.
